Cherry Jam

Tonight i came home and whipped out a few batches of cherry jam. I'm finally starting to become a Domestic Diva. I have never had cherry jam but thought it sounded delicious and it is. Loving learning how to can.

A Perfect Day

We spent a fun morning in the garden picking fresh fruit. It was so peaceful and beautiful. We picked fresh raspberries, cherries, and apricots. Then we went down to the river and explored upstream where Josh grew up playing. It was so fun to see where he spent most of his childhood summers. I love summer time and I love my Josh. It was such a perfect day.

Sweet Land of Liberty

The 4th of July was such a fun day. We started it off by eating doughnuts and chocolate milk while we picked up some fireworks. Then we played in the pond and floated around on our new River Rat floats for the afternoon. Later we had a party with family and shot off some fireworks and had fun. So grateful for this beautiful country we live in and all the freedoms we enjoy. God Bless America.

Strawberry Jamble

One of my favorite tastes in life is that of Homemade Strawberry Jam. So since it is the season I decided to make it by myself for the first time. I had a blast doing it and it turned out perfect!
